A good way is to sleep. Most people are very quiet when they sleep, the exception being those who snore or talk in their sleep.

Umm...just be quiet? I'm quiet all the time, so maybe that's why I don't get why it would be hard to keep quiet. Keep your mind occupied with other things so you'll concentrate on that, not talking.
