Good Question:
NL (starters):
C: Johnny Estrada: 6HR, 45RBI, .315AVG
1B: Pujols: no need for numbers
2B: Chase Utley
SS: Jose Reyes: tablesetter; he scares me.
3B: D. Wright: his catch early season was sick...and he can hit.
OF #1: Berkman
OF#2: Beltran
OF#3: Carlos Lee
NL (2nd teamers)
C: David Ross: 100 less AB's to McCann better numbers in everything except AVG.
1B: Nomar
2B: Dan Uggla
SS: Freddy Sanchez
3B: Miguel Cabrera: big numbers, small amount of protection in that lineup.
OF#1: Andruw Jones
OF#2: Soriano
OF#3: Dunn: This is only because I really wanted to see him in the homerun derby. Holliday deserves it.
SP: Brandon Webb
AL starters:
C: Mauer
1B: Ortiz (Playing in NL park)
2B: Least deserving all star postion on both leagues. I'll take Jose Lopez.
SS: Tejada
3B: A-Rod
OF#1: Dye
OF#2: Wells
OF#3: Ramirez
SP: Liriano: He has 1/2 the amount of starts as other pitcher and all of his numbers are top 10 or better. Plus if you're on the AL team and you have a shot at World Series Home field advantage do you really want Rogers 3.65+ ERA on the mound? Most of the NL has hit off of him several times. Liriano hasn't faced but a few of the NL hitters and most of them have seen him less than 5 times.
AL Second stringers
C: Ramon Hernandez: 15HR 61RBI--how many catchers have ever put up these numbers before all-star break?
1B: Haffner or Thome? Gotta go Thome because of teams overall record.
2B: Brian Roberts: if it was up to me Lopez would be my only true 2B.
SS: Jeter: Glue that has held that team together after all of their injuries
3B: Crede: I would take similiar RBI's and better defense compared to Glaus.
OF#1: Crawford: I love extremely fast guys who hit for power and high average
OF#2: Rios
OF#3: Vlad: His defense puts him over Mags
*****If the fans (including myself) continue to vote Paul laaaaaduca into the all-star game I say fans should wave their right to decide the starters. Secondly; one rep from each team should be abolished.

I believe you TNA desires to end irritating about all of us else and concentrate on themselves through no longer signing anymore previous stars, push their own expertise, end making WCW blunders consisting of continually attempting to deliver the nWo decrease back, it really is not any longer going to artwork, in case your gonna save Hogan round a minimum of use him the right thanks to assist make stars and end him from hogging the spotlight from the more youthful men, as for Sting use him in a extra imaginitive way end shoving him down our throats with him doing the samething everytime, have him make particular appearances and attempt adverse to in enormous time matches in uncomplicated phrases to assist with getting the more youthful stars over. TNA transferring channels to TNT is the perfect nail of their coffin and then finally they turns into component to WWE's video library . Paul Heyman will be an staggering addition to TNA.

My starters would be the top batting average at each position (with a minimum number of at bats). On the bench would be the top or 2nd home run hitter at each position.

All positions should be determined by YTD stats, especially if the home field advantage is determined by the outcome of the game.
