A fun thing to do or a pathetic way to spend 4 hours?

It's basically a big social-comparison event; most who attend do so to compare their progress to their classmates. If this appeals to you, then go. If not, stay home and be satisfied with the memories!

I would say pathetic way to spend 4 hour. I think most of the people that attend were the one who were teased in high school and they just want to "show off" how good they have it now.

I may get lynched for saying this but I don't think it's pathetic. I mean why not spend for hours scoffing at the poor, the obscenely rich, the terminally ill and the breeding machines. I say go, free food and drink and some light entertainment.

Awww....I think it could be kinda fun....you get to see what happened to all of those people that you both loved and disliked....it's not that much time out of your life....why not??? I guess it just depends on how well you enjoyed high school...if you are one of those people that just really have horrible memories...then maybe it's not the best thing for ya but overall sometimes these events can be pleasantly surprising!!

My ten year reunion was 2 years ago and I didn't even think twice about NOT going. It's all about flaunting what you have, where you live, what you do, who you married, how many children do you have. Nobody cared about you if you were not popular so why now? I don't feel comfortable going and saying "Yeah, I live in a beautiful house, don't have to work, travel....blah blah blah....how bout you?" Its corny, I guess I'm just happy in my life and don't feel I HAVE to attend these things, they don't justify anything.

Depends on what you have to show for the years you've been away, because i was always treated bad in highschool by certain fat kids, and I was always skinny, and then I had three kids and now I am still skinny, but guess who got fat and ugly?? HA HA HA B*TCHES

I had fun at school and had alot of friends, I would say fun and interesting.
