7 weeks pregnant and have now had my 2nd sonogram.... Dr. see's one sac so far but says i have 2 cysts which means i ovulated 2 times... also had 2 seperate days of spotting which both times they said was implantation spotting... hmmm last tuesdays sono was 6 weeks 4 days gestation and today was 6 weeks 5 days gestation... Do you think that there may be 2 of them?

HCG were a little high but not crazy ... one heartbeat ... I asked the Dr. and he said ... "well we'll just have to wait and see!" ... I'm hormonal and a woman ... I can't "wait and see" LOL

Have your doctor pull out a doppler and listen for two little heartbeats. Then you'll know!

It's a possibility that you have two, but you might have to wait another few weeks to get a conclusive result on a sonogram. The best way to find out is to have a blood test for your beta hCG hormone levels. They can determine from that whether you are carrying two or one.
