He and I have an unwritten agreement about exclusivity; however I realize that this is his personal life. I am just concerned he's going to leave me because his boyfiend wants him to go work for him. Am I just being paranoid? Should I bring the subject up, or should I just chill, and let things be?

Here's the thing guys....he's MY stylist, he does my hair for events and public appearances that I often attend for my career. I pay him a fairly attractive sum of money, and give him benefits yadayada... and he travels with me everywhere I go. I have had him for three years and don't want to lose him!!

Well, the thing is..I would be concerned about losing a stylist-you dont want to go to a new person and end up looking like Bride of Frankenstien on a bad hair day now do ya? If he wants him to work for him, why cant you still get your hair done by him?

Is he working in your salon? If you're worried he'll leave your salon why don't you just ask him? Don't trap him but remind him he has obligations to you. Good stylists are hard to find so I don't blame you for being concerned.
