well yes and no, its hard work and the more you specialize in a give field the less compition there is meaning you can charge more for your brains.
other than that the only other way to go is to go into business for your self. other wise you are only making other people rich from your hard work.

Most people say having good ideas is key in a world of similar experience and education. In terms of career development, at times, it certainly can be part luck. But there are cracks of opportunities, that's when the people who plan ahead, prepared to take risk and able to hit the mark in the clutch attack and succeed.

If there were a sure-fire way to get rich for every person, then everyone would do it, but cutting your own path and finding out what's right for you is probably best. Besides, you'll have to define what riches you desire, and not all of them may be monetary. Good luck!

Not luck. After you have an MBA. Its basically who you know and your overall attitude. Or, its a new innovation, or revamp of something that already exists that gets you rich. Theres a red ocean and a blue ocean. The red ocean is everything that has already been thought of that companies constantly fight within. The blue ocean is an area that is untouched and will provide you with uncontested market space. Therefore you become rich. Hopefully you can find a blue ocean.

It's very rare to get rich from a paycheck--the vast majority of jobs, even professional jobs, will only get you to the upper middle class at best. Most rich people got there by inheriting money, or by starting a business. To have a successful business you must work very hard, but it also takes a lot of luck since most small businesses fail.

What gets you rich is streetsmarts and the way to execute it . Read Robbert Kyosaki's books (author of rich dad poor dad) and you will find out. Making money means getting out of the rat race and not having a job but creating wealth for yourself by having assets. Assets are things that produce revenue for you.

It's not just luck. Actually, that would probably be the smallest percentage if I had to guess. It comes down to motivation. If you're ambitious enough to make your success happen, then it will happen. If you think it will build itself, you're a fool.
