I had the same symptoms with both of my pregnancies. When I read your question I got chills since it sounded so close to my experience. I was 18 when I got pregnant the first time. I kept having neg..tests until I was about 2 months pregnant. I actually had 2 surgeries while pregnant b/c the blood tests before both came back neg. I would say take another one. Then if it is still neg wait another week or so. I don't care how reliable they say the tests are, I am 6 months now and at the Dr. my test came back neg. Trust me it is very obvious that I am pregnant. Good Luck.

When I was expecting my 1st child my periods had actually stopped 3 months before I "got caught" and none of my pregnancy tests came back positive..........at least 2 should have been a yes ( i had them all done at the doctors) It wasn't until I saw a doctor about crippling stomach pains that I was referred for a scan, he thought I had cysts on my ovaries which could have caused all the symptoms.
Imagine going to the hospital being told you were potentially facing surgery and finding out you are 19 weeks pregnant!!!
I suggest try again in a week (first response are very reliable hpt) then if still no joy ask your doctor for a referral for a scan at least that way you will get to know for sure whats happening.

It is possible that you could be pregnant. Some women have lots of - tests and don't find out they are pregnant until they are nearly due.Although this is quite rare.
The spotting that you experienced may have been your period even though it was different from usual.Or it could've been implantation spotting. This is where the fertilised egg embeds itself in the lining of the uterus. This usually happens about 9 days past ovulation. You may have ovulated later than normal this month therefore your cycle would be longer. The hcg hormone(pregnancy hormone) starts to increase at the time of implantation so when you tested last week it still may have been too early for a test to detect it.
I suggest that you test again and go to see your doctor regardless of the results.

There is no doubt in my mind that you should get to a doctor for a check up. I'm assuming you have been though, if you've gotten medication for your UTI and a blood test, so ???? I'm thinking that you could possibly have an ectopic pregnancy, which is a very serious condition, though you should have positive test results with this too, but maybe not as quickly.
The breast changes are indicative of pregnancy, as well as the other symptoms you mention, but could also be attributed to weight gain and hormonal changes and abnormalities. These should still be checked and addressed as you are too young to be having such abnormal changes and irregularities.
Having a good, thorough check up will not only confirm or disprove your suspicions, it will give you peace of mind. Good luck.

Actually if you're just 18 then it is likely to be hormonal... from all of the negative pregnancy tests you've experienced it's extremely unlikely that you would be pregnant.
You do have some symptoms of pregnancy, but they also could be symptoms of other things too... go to your doctor and get checked out.

do you have a lot of stress in your life right now? that could be what is causing it. other wise i would wait until your next time youshould have your period if it dont happen than i would take another test.. by the way.. when i thought i was pregnant i bought a cheap pregnancy test form family dollar their 6$.. it came up negivitve two days later i bought another one from walmart the expensive ones and it came up positive..another thing you could do is call your doctor and tell them what is going on they might want to check it out. best of luck

Go to your doctor right away, and have him do an exam. you might have just been to early in the pregnancy to tell. Go now, and check it out. Tell him everything. dont take too many peoples word on this doctor knows best!!!!!
He can run labs and test, you might have an infection, pregnant. There are countless things to thing of, and things we dont know of. Go to the doctor!
