I find my self now that scool is out having "feelings" for a girl who's always been a really great friend to me...... She's going away for the the summer to Europe and I know for a fact that before she left she started to "like me". What should I do? If I really love Her how should I express to her

What better way then to just tell her that you love her. But I wouldn't just come right out and say you love her but come slow and tell her you have feelings for her. And see if they are mutual. If they are and she feels the same way then tell her a little more and that is that you love her. It may be best that you two stay friends because putting a title to things often complicates the situation.
