goldfish and tadpoles eat the larva.
You can't do it with just a bubbler if your pond is any size at all.
Fog your yard in the morning before they get up and you will see a lot of good results.

You need to put in a bubbler or something to keep the water moving. Stagnant, clam water is a breeding ground for them. Also remove any unneeded weeds.

Either pour bleach in the pond , or some kind of oil. I'm guessing vegetable oil would work.

Moving water, the egs can't hatch, if not feasable, try those things you just drop in, can find it at a gardencenter.
