Parts for older motorcycles are often hard to find. You would have to go to swap meets and shop ebay.
The 750-four was produced in enough quantities that you should be ok.
Expect it to take a lot of time, however.

I buy Honda parts from David Silver Spares. They have some CB750 Four (1972) parts on their list. But I don know what exact 750 model you are talking about.
But retro/vintage bikes are very much in style ATM, so unless you pick a bike that was only produced in like 5 models, you should be just fine.

Hi,
mufflers can be bought new; they are still available. (the 4 in 4 for the K2 - K6 series). Also the heatshields en bafflers. Not cheap, but if really needed available.
My sources are both in the Netherlands. You will also find practically all you need on ebay. Especially when you go out and find stuff in Germany. There are many CB enthousiasts and dedicated suppliers to be found there. Most of them will ship to the US.

You will probably not find original parts and exhausts for an older bike. There are still first year 750 out there running, though. Thre are aftermarket items that will keep you going.
