it really depends on your friends age on what you can do to help her. if you guys are young then i would be there when she tells her parents because it is a very emotional time. after he parents know there will be more people to help her. you could do things like work around the house that is to difficult for her to do. you could go to her check ups and stand up for her in school. when my friend got pregnant i went with her when she told her parents and they werent happy about it but they were willing to help with anything. also i went with her to OB check ins and they were really interesting and also another emotional experience. so i would say just to be there for here and help her make the experience less physicly and emotionaly stressful.
Good Luck~

offer to go to her check - ups and, later if she needs help around the house with lifting or something offer to help...if she wasnt to talk be there to listen if she is crying( pregnant women do that alot) give her a shoulder to lean on. offer to be there when the baby is born, organize a baby shower in the mean while... help pick out and decorate the baby's space/room... if you and her are really young .. be there for support when she tells her parents.
offer to stay after she comes home from the hospital so she has time to heal and gets her rest...
just be a good friend the rest will just fall into place!!!

You can be there for her in many ways. Such as go baby shopping with her, if she would like you to go with her go to her OB appointments (which is very cool to listen and to see the child), be there for her when she gets emotional and she will alot such as upset to the point of crying to panics, help her around her house cause when she starts to get big and showing it will be hard for her to do certain things, and the important thing is labor. It's nice to have someone there that you know is going to be there through it all and there is no need for you to be scared of her.

Let her know that you are there for her, i'm sure you aren't half as scared as she is right now. This will be a difficult and emotional time for her and it's great that she has a great ebst friend to be there for her to talk to when she needs it. Good luck

what you need to do is continue being a good friend to her. make sure she knows that you are available for her and that you will support her in anyways she needs. having a baby is a very challenging event in life and people need all the help they possibly can in order to become great parents. =P

Just be there for her. That is whats she needs right now. tell her it is okay to be afraid. And also don't let her abort the baby. if she doesn't want it put it up for adoption. murdering is never the answer! She would regret it for the rest of her life!

Just be her friend. Maybe when everyone is out having fun you could stay with her. Sometimes people just want someone to listen. Be an encourager and be happy for her, she will enjoy her baby when it gets here.

JUST LET HER KNOW THAT YOU'LL BE THERE WHEN SHE NEEDS SOMEONE TO TALK TO. AND WHEN THE BABY COMES VISIT HER AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN TO LET HER KNOW THAT YOU CARE HELP HER PICK OUT BABY NAMES AND TELL HER THAT SHE'S CUTE WHEN SHE STARTS TO GET FAT. I'VE HAD A FRIEND WHO GOT KNOCKED UP AT 15TH TEEN. AND IF NO ONES THERE FOR HER SHE'LL GET DEPRESS AND SOME GIRLS REJECT THEIR CHILD AND BLAME THEM FOR EVERYONE WALKING OUT ON THEM JUST DO-NT LET IT INTERFERE IN YOUR DAILY EVERYDAY LIFE BUT BE APART OF HERS IF SHE'S A GOOD FRIEND TO YOU I HOPE I HELPED. GOOD LUCK & LEARN FROM HER MISTAKES. YOU SEE HOW HARD IT IS FOR YOU TO COMFORT HER JUST THINK IF IT WAS YOU AND WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A FRIEND
