How would YOU like to be proposed when he asks your hand in marriage?

I want him to propose like regular, but I want him to whisper it in my ear. I want it to be so romantic and have it be personal and quiet for a few minutes before shouting it around and getting the whole world involved. I think it is romantic to have that special moment between two people rather than shouting it and getting random strangers involved.

Well after my birthday when me and my bf and some friends went to medieval times to celebrate he told me that he had planned on asking me to marry him by having the Lord Chancellor call my name to go up front before seating and have him tell me that someone had a question for me and then my bf was gonna walk up with a single rose and ask me to marry him in front of everyone the only problem was we were having financial problems and he couldn't get a ring yet. I would have loved that, it would have been romantic because it was already a special occasion and that would have made it even better.
