i need help with forms.

I want to create a hiden field that appears if a check box is activated.

For example in a sales site. the telephone field is not visible but when
you say that you want to buy by phone in a checkbox . a textfiel appear for me to write the telphone number

You need to use Javascript. No php, no asp. This problem is solved with JavaScript. You'll have to change visibility of

where your hidden field is located.
