Not for awhile.... be careful, I ended up having 3 breast surgeries due to complications.... I was lifting box's and 1 popped, another shifted under my arm , and another got a hole in it... it was an awful experience so just be careful...

You should wait at least a month. It's different for everyone, depending on how fast they heal. I had a breast reduction three weeks ago and I am almost totally back to normal. Stretching my arms hurts a little, but I can lift the normal amount of weight again. I'd say it depends on you. Pulling yourself up using only your arms and pectoral muscles might be rough on you. I'd wait a month afterwards, at least, and see how you feel.

Depends on how big you are now.... and how much time you let your body heal. Be careful I had a breast reduction and din't wait long enough before picking up a heavy item. I ripped out all the stitches and now have smaller breast with big scars.

it is not recommended. doctors will usually tell you not to to do heavy activity due to stitches becomind undone, at the very least, wait 3-4 months to do any sort of activity that would risk danger to any area that was worked on.

No. It would be too painful. So don't get your breasts augmented.
