What are you, anti American? Of course strikes are allowed in America. Where did you hear that. There are strikes going on all the time. Management try to prevent them so they won't disrupt their business but the government allows them. See my source.

we do not live in a democracy. we live in a capitalist society. you can not honestly have a free equal democracy in a society that has a capitalist mindframe.
