i think rehab is best dont go to a methadone clinic it is worse to come off of than pain killers they do have hosipitals that take you through the withdrawl in 3 days time you are asleep and you don't have to feel the withdraws they detoxify your body i know blount memorial hoipital does it, i don't know where you live but there is one in fl good luck
