If you're uncircumcised it very normal for the head of yor penis to be too sensitive. Use lube and be gentle with you dick, remember you only have one and it gives you pleasure.

Could be because you are doing it too often, or because your penis is not lubricated. You can get an irritation because of that, and it may take 2 or 3 days for it to heal. Just don't masturbate during these 2-3 days man!
Try using some kind of lubricant, or just do it with soap when taking a shower.

It could be because you masterbate entirely too much. You should try using a lubricant and a lighter grip. I also think it may be a good idea to stop for awhile. Hope this helps! :)

because you do it to much ,to hard or perhaps you need to use some type of lubrication.the penis is a muscle and like all muscles over exertion can cause pain .
