Whats the most expensive products anyone has bought for acne?

I just paid $253.00 for a acne medication prescribed by my doctor. I almost fainted when i heard the price of it. One of the products was differin gel has anyone ever tried that medication.

The most I've paid is $20 on a product called AcneFree (drugstores) and it worked miracles. I would wake up the next day and you could tell a difference.

I used it before but i switched to this pill accutane and now i dont get anymore acne it was pretty expensive...
