That really means nothing. Sounds kind of Arabic, but these words have no meaning. People use them instead of, say, bim bara bim or Boom-boom, bara-boom.
I remember when I was little there was this magician on TV, he'd make focuses and do tricks and he would say: " Sim sal-a bim........... Now look, there's no rabbit, kids!" :-)

It's like "abracadabra," just a nonsense-y phrase magicians use.
