There was a friend's kid who made $40 in one day. It depends on where it is located (busy area) and how hot and sunny it is. Also, keep prices fairly low and you'll get more customers.

That depends on a number of variables, such as the following:
Price of the lemonade
Location of the stand
'cuteness' factor of the kid/kids running the stand
Taste of the lemonade
Amount of foot/vehicle traffic near the stand
The temperature
The weather (sunny, cloudy, rainy, etc)
Time of day
Time of year
Age of the kid/kids running the stand
Ideally, the kid/kids want to have a stand near an intersection that sees a decent amount of foot and vehicle traffic, the weather should be sunny and hot, the kids should be polite, cute and have a decent amount of 'aww gee' factor to them, it should be in the afternoon, in the summer, with a large supply of a good tasting, cold lemonade (dont forget the ice!) Also selling a snack item such as home made cookies will also boost sales quite a lot. Also, the more 'child owned' the stand looks the better- it should appear, from the first view of the stand, that the stand was put up by kids.
I wouldnt advise a higher price than a quarter for the lemonade unless the stand is in a upper class neighbourhood or the glasses are larger than 8 ounces. As for the snack, usually charging a quarter a piece, or maybe something like 4 for a dollar is a good plan- people love a good deal no matter the circumstances, and are more likely to spend money if they think its a good deal (even if its not something they really need at the moment)

Depends, if you are only selling lemonade on a hot day and charging about 25 cents per glass you would probably make about 10-20 dollars.but usually lemoade stands have chips, peanuts, etc. if you were to sell that with lemonade on a hot day you could make about 20-40 dollars.NOW, if you are selling peanuts and lemonade on a cold day you may only make 5-10 dollars. But the best place to put a lemonade stand is at a garage sale.

It depends on the neighborhood. My kids have done it. They don't make much (probably just a couple bucks or so), but they sure have fun.
