To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

If you are having your period every month it means your weight is not likely to be the factor, however smoking is, no doubt about it. I am 8 weeks pregnant I weighed 182 pounds at the time of conception and I am only 5'3". I am not a smoker though, here are some tips. The first thing you have to do is quit smoking, don't do it for you...do it for the baby....make that your first mom commitment to your baby, then get an ovulation predictor, like fertile focus microscope, use pre-seed lubricant which does not kill sperm like other lubricants and saliva do, lay down with your legs up for about 20 min after sex during ovulation. I did all this and got pregnant within a month and a half of trying after being on the pill for 6.5 years. Good luck!

Begin taking prenatal nutrition. Begin consuming a greater food regimen. Reduce out alcohol, caffiene and smoking if that you would be able to or whatever else which may be hazardous. Are attempting looking at what diabetics have got to eat to keep a good balanced blood sugar. It rather can support, the more fit you are the higher chances you might have of becoming pregnant and having a healthier baby. Also are attempting having intercourse about 4-5 days after your period has ended up until your interval starts again. These are your most fertile times. Of path you would simply have intercourse all the time. My ob advised me too much intercourse depletes his sperm count though and orgasims can dislodge the youngster correct away. Don't fear it's going to happen when the time is proper. Just right luck!

After sex...stand on your head. Well, you do not REALLY have to stand on your head, but you do have to stay in bed and tip your pelvis up so the sperm is not swimming in the wrong direction. Many women get out of bed after sex and you need all the sperm INSIDE swimming TOWARD the egg. Stay in bed for about 30 minutes after sex.
Also learn WHEN you are Ovulating. Ideally you need to have intercourse three days or less before ovulation, so sperm are waiting when the egg is released. Eggs only survive for a maximum of 24-hours - unless they're fertilized.
Watch what you eat and drink. Cut down on Caffeine.

The best sexual position for making a baby is the missionary position (man on top). This position allows for the deepest penetration and, as a result, places sperm closer to the cervix.

I FINALLY found the link I was looking for you... This website should answer all your questions:

You may also want a doctor to check both you AND your husband out to see if there is any medical reason you are not getting pregnant.

I saw this on a website hopefully this works for you --good luck.

It's difficult to say exactly how long it will take any one individual or couple to get pregnant. Factors such as your age, general and reproductive health, and when you have intercourse all impact your chances of conceiving a child

However, these general statistics may give you an idea of how long it will take. Normally fertile couples have a 25 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle, and a cumulative pregnancy rate of 75 to 85 percent over the course of one year. Still, some healthy couples can take even longer to get pregnant

And you can try to increase your likelihood of getting pregnant sooner by learning to pinpoint exactly when you ovulate, and by familiarizing yourself with the cyclic hormonal and physical changes that take place in your body each month.

I have included some links for you so you can do some reading and research on your body. OVULATION IS THE KEY TO GETTING PREGNANT! Remember that. These are the steps you need to take...
1.) Make an appt. with an OBGYN. He or She needs to give you a complete exam and make sure you are having regular periods, that your tubes are unblocked, and that you donot have anything else that may cause you to not get Pregnant ie...sexually transmitted diseases, PCOS, ect...
2.) You need to make sure that you are ovulating. Belive it or not, some women, do not ovulate. And as I said, Ovulation is the KEY to getting pregnant. To do this, you should buy a Basal Themometor (you can buy at almost any store where they sell regular themometors.) and start taking your temps EVERY MORNING BEFORE you get out of bed. to read more about this, check out this website for what they have to say about it.. http://www.mamasark.com/bbt.htm............
3.) you also need to learn to check your Cervix Position AND your Cervial Mucus everyday. To learn more about this check out these websites... http://www.webwomb.com/check_cervical_po...
and
http://www.webwomb.com/cervical_mucus_pa...
4.) Once you have got this all down you need a place to chart them all so that you can keep track of what your body is doing and when you ovulate. www.fertilityfriend.com is the best place to do this. It is a free site and it allows you to chart your temperature, your cervial mucus and position and helps detrmine when you ovulate.

*********OF COURSE YOU CAN ALWAYS JUST DO IT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY AND HAVE ALOT OF SEX AND HOPE FOR THE BEST! LOL But for your best chances, these are the steps you need to take!!*************

~~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! Even a 100% healthy couple only has a 40% chance of conciving each month, so dont get discouraged if it doesnt happen right away, even if you do all the things above. Just have fun with it, and do not make sex a chore or a job, just relax and enjoy eachother, and when the time is right, you will get Pregnant!
Good luck to you and TONS OF BABY DUST YOUR WAY!!!!! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~...

If you have a regular period, you are most fertile 14 days after the 1st day of you last period. That means that if you came on on the 1st June, then you are most fertile on the 14th.

Sperm can live for a few days inside a woman, so having sex anytime around that day will also help.

Smoking will not make you less fertile. I have 3 kids and I smoked through all of them, although I don't recommend it for health reasons. Losing a few pounds might also help, but from your picture, you don't seem that much overweight to me.

Keep a track of your dates of your period and maybe that will help.

Well, you did not mention a husband. If you don't have a husband, get that first and move from there. If you are already married the best thing is to quit smoking and see your doctor.
