All guys doesn't have them. Not at the same moment at least. But most guys get them. It's like when you're a girl and you want to go to the mall really, really bad to spend the big bucks you earned for babysitting and you waited all week to do it. You're exciting and smile everytime you think of the "mall". And you think of the great dress or pair of slacks waiting for you that you saw last time but couldn't get. As you're walking, no running out the door, slamming it behind in haste, hopping in the car, just the thought of it gives you goose bumps and before you put your second leg inside the car.........your Dad calls you inside and say "You're room isn;t clean. You can't go to the mall." Do you know that feeling?. Same thing, just like Blueballs.

Dear shae there is a such thing and all guys do get this
it's when we get worked up for nothing (like a woman teasing us)and our jucies go back in Blue ball pain equals getting kicked in the sack true
P.S. its not a figure of speech we would rather get the cookie when we don't were blue(sad) and our balls hurt
I wish woman could get blue nipples

Yes, when little boys are born...they have blue balls - hence baby blue being a baby boy's color and pink being a baby girl's color. Most grow out of this eventually...however, when in relationships, just as in their character traits, they often revert back to infancy and once again visit, however temporarily, having blue balls. : )

It's just a figure of speech for when guys get all "worked up" and nothing happens. It happens to females all the time....I just don't think we have quite an expression for it......
