there are a lot of contents in fruits that are also in almsot anything you eat, say u dont eat an apple but u drink apple juice, not exactly the same but apple juice has most of the same things as an apple does. So if u dont eat freat u are most likely still getting the nutrients and other things you need from most of the food you eat. It's always a good idea to take a vitamin pill once a day no matter what you eat that way u know u are getting the nutrients u need daily.

Lack of fruit (and vegetables, as well) and it's naturally-occuring anti-oxidants will greatly increase your level of oxidative stress and increase your level of homocysteine in the blood. Bottom line: an increased risk of cancer and a host of other diseases due to the damage done to the lipid membrane surrounding the cell and protecting one's DNA.

You might want to sample some..such variety...excuse me, I'm getting hungry for some fruit right now....!
