YOU NEED TO PAY TAXES TO THE COUNTRY WHERE YOU WIN YOUR MONEY, THERE ARE NO COUNTRIES WITH LAWS PRESENTLY ON THE MOON, THEREFEORE THEORETICALLY EVEN IF YOU MANAGE TO WIN SOMEHOW MONEY ON THE MOON YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY ANY TAX REALLY BUT I WOULD BE SERIOUSLY SURPRISED YOU DO WITHIN THE NEXT FEW CENTURES :)
