Is Halliburton cutting back employees in Iraq? I would like to know from someone who is recently back, currently there or a family member of someone there!

YES!
There have been a lot of personnel moved around or sent home. A lot of jobs titles have been eliminated all together. If you are someone has been trying to get hired, I would not get my hopes up because they have really slowed down on hiring. You wont have a chance unless you have a strong military background or you have a lot of experience in a certain skill that they need to fill positions.
