More than likely 5 days is too early. Early pg symptoms mimic that of pms symptoms. It ends up being a mind game when we are trying to become pregnant. :(

I knew right away that I was pregnant. I had a little cramping and a sensation i felt nausea and tired. My breasts were very sore. This was about one week after conception. I would say you could at 5 days. They have a test that detects 10 days before you miss your period.

my breasts got swollen right around 5 days. Every woman is different, but there is no way to know for sure until a missed period/positive test. Waiting sucks! Good luck.

No you would not feel sympton 5 days after conception and if you have to ask then you are too young to be having sex in the first place.

Maybe not five days but give it at least 10 days, I had implantation pain after 8 days of concieving, and right after that my breasts got sore and they have been sore ever since.

it depends on the time of implantation as implementation has to happen first so that the pregnancy hormone can be detected in your blood the your body reacts to it, before that symptoms don't occur. but the time of implantation differs from one woman to another.
