I need to find a legit way to get fired so I can collect unemployment, it is for serious reasons!

Okay, even though I think it is wrong, it is completly possible to get fired and still collect unemployment. Yeah yeah yeah, technically you are supposed to be laid off, but you know the governement, they never follow their own rules. A lot of it depends on the company you work for and how hard they fight unemployment claims, and the state you are in. The one you will ALWAYS lose is insubordination, so don't call your boss names or start a fight at work.
Getting fired for attendance is your best bet. One day you have a flat tire, one day you have a sick kid, one day you are sick, one day your alarm doesn't go off, one day your dog dies, etc. As long as they are not consecutive (because that is one occurance) and not always for the same reason, in a lot of cases they will grant you unemployment because the company cant prove that these were unavoidable absences, or that they did anything to help the employee. Being sick (or sick family) and having transportation issues are the best ones to use because it is really hard to hold those against you.
And all I can say is this better be for a D!@$ good reason.

Depending on what state you are in, you can collect depending on why you were fired. If you are fired without being given warning and/or reason, you can collect.
You can also quit and collect in certain circumstances but it is very difficult. Typically it is just if your company is going about things illegally/illegitimately or you are in an unsafe or threatening environment. This happened to me and it is very difficult to collect because I had all of the above and surprise, they lied to get out of the situation. But it can be appealed. I got letters of reference from coworkers who were willing to speak out or left the company, previous employers, character references, etc. I also had documentation of things that happened at the company. The only reason I didn't go through with the appeal was that I had a family member working at the same company who I was sure would be retaliated against (and was).
Depending on your reasoning for needing to get out, call you employment security/unemployment office and contact a senator.

I am now getting unemployment insurance because I was doing telemarketing where you cold call people asking them if they want a bid on home improvement. For a long time I was doing great then people were telling me NO and yelling at me when I called and asked me to please stop calling and I had one week where I got no leads and they fired me. I was making the calls, I can't make these people say yes to a bid on home improvement randomly calling them so if you were doing your job to the best of your ability and they fire you then you can collect

Just be incompetent in everything you do. try to "accidentally" insult your boss. Try listening to some weird music extremely loudly. Generally, be like you were in school, trying to annoy the teacher all the time, only bigger. That reminds me, Try to lower your personal hygiene so much that nobody want to come near for fear that you could be a tramp.

Getting fired will not make you elegible for UI, reffer to your state's unemployment office and confirm that .....
If you would get laidoff, then is different but getting fired you automatically disqualifies you for unemployment insurance..... you better see if your state offers family leave of absence.

I cannot think of any serious reasons why you would have to be fired and collect unemployment. Just admit that you are lazy and you don't want to work.

There is not legitimate way to be fired and collect unemployment. Are you just lazy and not wanting to work or something?
