the women will be approached innocent by law .while number of ladies are also rude and cruel.they will haras her husband in routene as well as bed life.but in front of law and order if she told she is maltreated /called for dowery this fact will be accepted by the judges.why?

Because it is more common (not more likely) that a man is mean to a woman and not the other way around...I am not saying it is right but just more common.

because most of the time is true and you are right some of them are bitchy but it is a shame we don't have a detector for each of them

i have no idea, i am not sure i even understand what you are saying? al i know is everyone is innocent untill proven guilty.
