How do they treat you? Do you feel included as one of the group?

I work with 75% men and they all make me feel included. We have more of a fun time working together, but we all know to get the job done. They are never rude because when I started here I laid down the ground rules that I am Queen. :)

I do...and it has it's ups and downs. I am treated fairly but there is still that sense of a "boys club" from time to time. Sometimes I am included in things outside of work and other times I am not. The key for me is to not take it personally. I work hard, keep focused on the job at hand, and I hope to earn reputability through that rather than being one of them...if that makes sense. Oh, and I also don't let the fact that there are more men around stop me from being friendly or asking them to lunch or whatever...

Currently work in an all girl office. When I did work with a lot of men at a marketing firm, I was included in meetings and social activities but never felt like one of the "boys".

that's werid.. not to sound rude. But i thought women were done asking these questions. Especially in the adult workforce. Maybe i just work in a great office.(mostly women) Very nice ladies very homelike office environment.
