There is a HUGE line, as it goes, according to the Presidential Succesion Act of 1947, first is Dick Cheney, the Vice President, and than its Dennis Hastert, the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Hope that helps.
You might wanna look at Wikipedia if you need a longer line, those are the only ones I know.

It's the Speaker of the House, then the President pro tempore of the Senate, then the Secretary of State, as per the Presidential Succession Act of 1947.

It's the Speaker of the House I guess the first person flunked Civics. It doesn't matter which party the speaker is in. A lot of people here should read the constitution befor they post ignorant answers.

Speaker of the House. In this administration it would be Dennis Hastert. If he is unable, then it is the President Pro tempore ( Ted Stevens)...and then it would be the Secretary of State...Ms. Rice.
