Sounds like a urine stain....I don't know how to cure it, but make sure the rabbits cage is made so the rabbit does not sit in its urine which can cause discoloring of the fur!

Sometimes to much sunshine can bleach their hair. Keeping your rabbit in the shade will help keep the hair from bleaching out next year. But for now, I dont know what you can do. I never bathed any of my rabbits before a show. All of the rabbits Ive owned I kept in cages about 4 ft. from the ground with screaned bottoms so that all of the feces and urine would fall through and not stain or collect in their hair. None of my darker colored rabbits ever had this problem nor did any of my light colored buns. Just go to the fair and ask other competitors for thier opinion. Its been along time since Ive shown rabbits and their may be some trick of the trade that other owners in your area may know.

Rabbits have very sensitive skin. I would be extremely careful as to what you do because you could accidently poison Your rabbit!
Also don't bath it to much!

the first thing you should do is take your rabbit to the vet and have it checked out. have you changed its diet,is it expoesed to the sun for long periods?you could try contacting a local breeder for ansers.is it yellow all over, or in specific areas?

the only thing you can do is wait for it to grow out, brushing it every day will help get rid of the bleached hair
