What type of spider has a tanishbrown body, elongated body, and redish legs that lives in cali?

i have seen two of them inside at work within two days, and i work with children, i want to know if they are poisonus (cant spell). if i saw a picture i would recognize it.

i think its a daddy long legs...i dunno i hate spiders and dont live in CA so i dunno...sorry
