The Kegel exercises may help, but you have to do a lot of them. The reason your vagina feels loose is the way it was sewn after the birth. My dr after my first baby made sure to sew it nice and tight, and it was great!!!! After my second baby the dr was new and it was sooooo loose I couldn't even keep a tampon inside. If you have another child, make sure the dr sews you up nice and tight.

No, it won't be a huge change because it is a muscle, but there will be some notice. I have 4 kids and I haven't heard my husband complaining about it. I do the Kegel exercises and it's fine.

If things don't feel as tight as pre-birth, then work those muscles and get them strengthened back up. Kegel exercises are great for all women, those who've had kids and those who have not.

do your braxton hicks excercises.
Sit comfortably and concentrate on flexing your vaginal muscles for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Thats it.

Yes kegal exercises. To do hold vagina muscle and then release, as in holding a stream of urine. You can get all this info fom your dr. or a book.

I like the clydesdale recommendation. I've heard fireplugs work well, too.
