I don't think so. If it were, the description should mention what kind of batteries are required and how many. Plus, it says that it is "UL listed" which usually indicates a plug.

It says that it has been tested by Underwritters Laboratories so I'm guessing that it works on 120 volts ac. It's not battery powered.

I don't believe it is cordless, and if it is its gonna take an awful lot of batteries to power it.

Dam hard to say- lol- It has a UL listing its probably not battery operated. but who the hell knows- Go to Home Depot and find one- to hell with mail order.
