Okay here goes:
My foster sister (not blood related) got married, and her husband just brought his half-sister out to meet us. My first thought was something along the lines of "It's my brother-in-law's sister, I shouldn't have any trouble with this."

Boy....was I wrong.
We went to the beach for the weekend (the whole family). And her and I, being the youngest of the group, shared a room (2 beds)....so talking, a lot of talking, was inevitable.

After a day or so, I realized not only was she beautiful, but she was smart, funny, and was interested in all the same things as me.

So, my question is: What the heck should I do? Pursue a relationship? Try to keep us at the "just friends" level? What?

Thanks for reading =)

Keep it on the friend level. Just because you have a lot of things in common does not mean you have to take it to another level. Even though she is not blood related but if things don't work out between you two, you will have to probably see her at a lot of family functions. So just be friends and not friends with benefits.

Foster sister's, husband's, sister? You're safe to persue. Ask your sister if they have no problem in your pursuit. Just a little respect for your sister. I don't see why your sister would have a problem.
Keeping it this close, tho, you have to be careful. If the relationship doesn't work for both of you make sure everything is clean.

Good luck,

Ask her if she has a problem with it. It would be weird pursuing a relationship and finding out that she has a problem with the idea, which will probably grow to having a problem with you.

Talk to your "sister" and see how she feels about it. Being that your are not "blood" related she shouldn't have a problem
