Could be low blood sugar, low blood pressure, inner ear problem and a number of other things (neurological). You need to get checked by a doctor, even if you feel better now.

Usually, sudden dizziness or weakness is a sign of a rapid change in blood pressure. It's also possible that you were suffering from heat stroke, if the shower was too hot; the sudden relative cold of the air outside the shower may have caused your body to go into shock for a short while. If it happens again, I'd talk to your doctor about it.

A similar thing happened to my friend; she passed out in the shower. We took her to the hospital, and they think it may have been low blood sugar in conjunction with the steam from the shower. Nothing was wrong with her, they took blood and gave her IV fluids, but she felt better and went home. Did you take a shower first thing in the morning? Did you eat anything first? Hope you feel better!

Maybe food poisoning, low blood sugar, or stress. I would call your family doctor about it. If you vomited all of a sudden, it can't be good.
