Theme parties are good. Like everyone has to wear toga or dress like their in a gang. The white t shirt parties are always funw here you write on each other with markers. Jersey parties cause some good conversations if you like sports. Beer pong tournies are super fun as well.

For grown-up's:
A Fetish Party
Themed will all sorts of sex-related fetishes (ie: sexy high heels, cheerleaders, cowboys, handcuffs, etc.)
Cover the walls with Playboy/sexy magazine/sex toy catalog pictures, make "sexy" snacks (ie: boob cupcakes, penis cookies)
Use red lightbulbs in all the lights.
You can get your supplies at a Sex Store or Bachelorette Party type stuff (Spencer's Gifts, etc).
Play porn videos on TV's
And of course...everyone must come in Fetish costume:

I think a pajamas party is good. With lots of goodies, or each person can bring a present and exchange present with person of their choice

um, since its the summer you should have it in the beach...or at a club if your more of a wild person.
going with the beach thing, you could make it like the theme of a new coming-out movie
Example: Pirates of the Carribean 2---buy some pirate hats and gold coins and stuff like that!
