The best thing would be to use a spot treatment.
Neostrata has a great one. It comes in an eye-drop looking container.
Acne-free has one called acne and blackhead terminator
or...
Clean and Clear blemish treatment.
Toothpaste also really does work!

Toothpaste.
Or the sweat of a hundred strangers rubbed into your pores during a Nine Inch Nails concert.

Ummm.... I sometimes use tomatoe and it does work. But I don't know how big your pimples are, so I recommend that you try it those 3 days.

Get a spot treatment and use it overnight. I have a product in which sulfur is the active ingredient and it dries those puppies up overnight. I wish I knew the name.
