I look for three things:
Honesty
Sense of Humor
and Intelligence.
You'd be surprised how rare of qualities these are nowadays.

Yeah, I look for all of that, but physical beuty is one of the last things I look for. I'm still not sure what makes me fall for a guy, but the one's I've fallen for so far have a couple of things in common, they all had a great sense of humor I could actually carry on a conversation with them, and they're caucasian. I think if I think a guy is smart and funny I'll fall,....but most just happen to be white. I don't know why.

Beauty on the inside, truth and joy that shines on the outside. Without a true heart, nothing is real. The love you have for someone has to be honest and pure or the rest is all bullsh$t

in a girl, I look 4 first personality, she doesn't have to be smart though. but a beautiful woman with nice features is always a plus. and outgoing and she cant be a complete loser

Every quality really. Sense of humor (rare to find a chick that puts up with my totally insensitive S.O.H.), intelligence and looks. If I find even 1 quality I don't like I won't date a girl

A good personality and a sense of humor I normally go after blue eyes, tan, tall, athletic, sporty guys. I hate know~it~all's though and bossy men are terrible!!!!!!

looks are important for the immediate attraction factor and then they had better be able to make me laugh and have a good personality or it just wont work. you have to be compatible if not looks cant get you very far.

you look for someone like you but unlike you at the same time.you look for someone whos responsible and loyal.someone that you can always talk to.someone that makes you laugh and feel good about yourself.someone who is intelligent and has goals for their life.looks dont really matter but its alwats a plus.
