I think the fox would win because foxes are very very sly.
I think the fox would wait until the lions back is turned then he would hit him over the head with a baseball bat.
If that didn't work he would wait outside the lions house until the lion set off for work and then fox would run him down is his 4x4.
That will teach the freaky haired cat.

A lion is bigger than a fox and more fierce. If they would to fight, which is highly unlikely, the lion would probably win.

There is funny answer, that one will definitely win the fight. if lion is sick and older , fox may even win the fight, otherwise, lion will win. All it depends on the situation.

It really depends on whether the fight is underwater or not, because a fox can hold its breath longer as it has a spare lung in its bushy tail. Apart from that the lion would piss all over it.
