A little elaboration on your part would give us something to go on, but just to come up with a "prophecy" here without understanding the plot or nature..............
something to work with might be:
Poppy was meet with the gift of a ancient book and told to use it wisely to aid mankind in the great appearance of a beast that would descend upon the waters of Earth Poppy was left to await the fate he was handed.
or..............
The spirit handed Poppy a puzzle box. And was told to solve it within 7 days. That at the end of 7 days Poppy would experience a vision of destruction to 3 great cities. The box would open to show a scroll inside. Poppy could the scroll in the box to save ONLY one city...which will he chose?

Your prophecy should come from where you want the story to go. Does Poppy become a hero, a villain, dead? A prophecy should give your character somewhere to go, be vague enough for several interpretations, and give the reader a sense that he/she can figure it out if they look at it correctly. Unless you're asking us to help determine the course of your story, you don't want us to give you a prophecy.

When I get stuck in a story plot; I put it down and get away from it a while. Then I allow myself to do a version of meditation (known only to myself)...but basically, if you are still enough...the answer will come to you. It is your story, peculiar to only you, and creating a sounding board is a great idea...but in reality...you will come up with your own solution. One may have occurred to you while reading this, for example. I get my ideas from some of the most unexpected sources. Part of the trick is in being alert to them. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Poppy will not find true happiness in this world because she has aready met and dismissed the one person who could have made her truly happy. If she can identify that person perhaps there is still a chance for her.

A good story presents the character with many obstacles. What is the worst thing that could happen to your character? Have that be the prophecy.

The flowers are gentle and full of austere. The mind of one which empowers and embrace that power will burgeon. Poppy is sinuous and plainly streams into the midnight air with promissing lights of love and beauty.
