Yankees fans arent the rudest, they're the stupidest.
Red Sox fans, well, no. I went to a Red Sox/Angels game last year when I was in Boston, my friend and I went in our Tom Glavine and Carlos Beltran Mets jeresys and we got nothing but love from Red Sox fans.
Rudest fans are by far in Philadelphia.

The rudeness of Philadelphia fans is legendary, and spans decades in several sports. (Even they are justified sometimes, as T.O. joined the Eagles.) Everybody has heard of Phildaelphia's "Boo Birds."
Cubs fans were not always rude, but the documented behavior of the Bleacher Bums in 1969 was downright disgusting, and that was before the Cubs choked that year. Most years, though, they can't top Phillies fans for nastiness.
Yankee fans? They're just arrogant, taking their cue from George Steinbrenner.
Brooklyn Dodger fans could turn on a player rather quickly: they are the reason the Dodgers used to be known as "Dem Bums." This behavior was inherited by Mets fans.

Red Sox fans are obnoxious. Not only do they converge on other ballparks but have the nerve to act as if they are at Fenway. Also they are ignorant. I went up to Boston for a weekend and caught a game at Fenway (vs.Oakland). When the girl next to me found out I was from NY, she turned her back and stopped chatting with me about the game. She knew nothing about the game. She came in late in the 1st inning, A's were up 4-0 and she asked who hit a grand slam..duh.
They also have no appreciation for former players who have contributed greatley ie:Clemens who won 192 games for them, gets traded by Boston to Toronto then Toronto to the Yankees. So the fans boo him and call him a trader..again-Duh.

the rudest baseball fans are any at any stadium that disrupt the game (i.e. throwing things on the field, running on the field, etc.). the fact is when a team comes to your town, your gonna heckle and taunt them. but its the stupid people that ruin the fun. but the toughest stadium to play in due to the crown is philadelphia, they will jump all over their own players for doing badly during the game.

Yankees fans, without question are the most vile fans in baseball. They've been spoiled by years of pennant winning and WS championships....It's amazing, even when they travel to other parks, the local Yankee fans come to the games and generally do their best to lower the IQ of the crowd and kill off the rest of their braincells...

Yankee fans, or at least the fair weather ones
most yankee fans are just fans when they're winning, and they're the people who are rude, not just to other fans but to the players and the game of baseball. Baseball isn't about winning. It's about loving the game. And fair weather yankee fans don't, they just like winning

This is a difficult question to answer because I haven't been to every stadium but I live in Cincinnati and have been to countless Reds games. Whenever the Cubs come to town their fans can get really obnoxious and act like the Cubs are the home team, which is rude in my opinion. Not to mention annoying.
