try setting the IP addresses to auto-detect (or something like that, you'll see it...
ALSO
it could be using the same IP address that another computer/xbox/whatever is using (in your house or otherwise) so just find a new one/change the address

You get your IP address from your Internet Service Provider, so I guess you should contact them to get it back...
