let me make it more clear. i am supposed to get periods on this 30th. i had sex with my partner on 21st. i did a pregnency test on 26th morning and the result was negative. Does that mean that i'm not pregnant?

Wait until you miss your period then test again.You probably tested too early that's why you had a negative test result.

If you think you are Pregnant, I would suggest a First Response. That pregnancy test can detect the lowest amount of HCG (the pregnancy hormone) in a womans body, and you can take it 4 days before your missed period. If you get a negitive wait a few days and retest, this is because the HCG levels double every 48 hours resulting in a positive pregnancy test. GOOD LUCK!!! :)

You will have to wait until your missed period to get the best results. If I were you I would wait until the day after you are supposed to start becuase you may find out that you are not even late. You cannot tell 5 days after you have sex. You should really wait becuase you may be wasting your time in thinking you are pregnant and wasting money if you haven't even shown one of the first signs of pregnancy (a missed period)

If you did end up getting pregnant from having sex this last time, lots of people can't find out for about a month. The doctors predict the age of the fetus from the first day of your last period. So i'd wait till you're expected next period and go to your OB/GYN for any tests that way you'll get real answers.

Most of the tests, regardless of what the box says are unreliable until a week or two AFTER you've missed your period.
The next time you have sex, you should be better prepared to prevent pregnancy, and if you mess up and have unprotected sex, you should within 2 days talk to a doctor about MORNING AFTER PILLS. They do not abort the baby, they will prevent a pregnancy in most cases.

Two weeks is the standard answer. But based on 9 days before your period would probably put you out of your fertile window for getting pregnant which is usually two weeks before your period. Those are just general guidelines being everyone is different.

the early detection tests claim that they can tell you - I think- within five days, but I don't know. If you wait until you miss a period, then you can take a regular pregnancy test. Good luck!

Wait until your period is 2 weeks late to worry about it. Then get a test.
Well unless you're Spanish. If you're Spanish then you are definitely pregnant. You can't even wash your underwear in the same load with theirs.

You can take a OTC test 4 days before your period is supposed to come.... this is as early as it gets.
