Just working on my pros and cons and would like to know what the men think....

I want us to share enough to be compatible, but our strengths and weaknesses should offset each other.
For instance- My wife and I share the same morals and ideas about what's right and wrong. This is really important- to share a social philosophy.
In a more practical sense, she is good with things like paperwork and processes. I am not.
She hates doing anything mechanical or dirty. I love to fix things.
We both love a wide range of music, and we share new musical discoveries with each other.
We both love trying new restaurants, and this brings us joy, too.
As far as what I want from her - it's simple. I want her to love me, and to appreciate the love I have for her.
I want her to contribute as much as I do to what we're building together, even if it's in very different ways.
I want her to be honest with me, and to be open in discussing things without fear, anger, or anything else.
I want her to be responsible, and to do the things she says she can or will do.
I want her to hold me to these same standards. I'm a good man, which means I know I can deliver at least as much as I'm asking her for.
Together, we're sure to be successful.

just be nice. Let us have some space. SHow interest in what we do, but don't force your way into it. If I wanna watch the game, you may watch to; if you want to learn about football, don't wait till the super bowl to ask what offsides means. Fix your hair for no reason once in a while. make up is nice on saturday morning. let us pick a movie once in a while. if we want our steak rare, don't gripe about some strange bacteria in it. we know how to wash the dishes, if you ask nicely we'll be glad to do it. the remote control is to be shared in the afternoon too, not just sunday afternoon when the game is on. we are really trying, give us some credit. our friends are not bad people, neither is our mother or sister. the grill is our domain. we are great babysitters and love our kids, but don't tell us not to teach our daughters how to play hockey or guitar. our sons may not play with barbie dolls, no matter what. we need some time too. let us eat before we discuss problems with the kids. we all have got to have one toy or hobby, it's a rule.

What you see is what you get always be yourself if a guy can not except you for who you are skip him move on NEXT you must be able to communicate etc... but most guys do not like a very talkative woman if that is you work on it if the room gets quite so what enjoy the silence! If you can enjoy him when it gets quite when there is nothing to say or do you guys can relax together you are great together!

To have a great relationship, I will tell you what the woman I love and I share... honor, respect, love, caring, helping each other, comforting each other, thinking about each other when we are apart... although she and I are highly physically compatable, in both our likes and desires and everything else that may entail, that is secondary to the fact that our hearts beat together as one. She is not only my lady and my lover, she is my best friend.

Great sense of humor. Do not blame problems on the other person but willing to work them out.
And of course she has to love having sex with him.
Any man that doesn't add that is not telling the whole truth.

When I come home she should be happy to see me (vice-versa, of course). A lot of other things kind of fall by the wayside when that ingredient is there. Hopefully she is like me in some areas and different from me in others.

compassionate
funny
healthy
cares about herself (not totally vain, but a normal concern about appearance)

Don't try to change a man. If you take this approach from the start, you are a toad.
Learn how to cook....GOOD. Learn how to give excellent oral. Give a man space sometimes. In other words, shut up when it is obvious he is not listening, or is doing something else.
