a strong smell to your urine? my urine smells really wierd lately, and i dunno why and I am not dehydrated so I know it's not that. I drink about 20 glasses of water a day

You drink WAAYY too much water!!!
20 glasses?? Sheesh!
Drink when you're thirsty. Period.
If you're thirsty enough to WANT 20 glasses, then you probably have diabetes.
Otherwise, just stop drinking so much!!

...um, 20 glasses of water is not good. Someone told me that drinking that much water can add "protein" to the urine...but I don't know if that's true and I don't know if that would make it smell or not. But there is something that you're eating or drinking that might make it smell that way..... I would consult a doctor!!!

it could be a number of things such as:
an infection or sometimes taking certain vitamins can give your urine a smell.
also some large quantity's of food can either tint your urine and or also contain a smell to it. i would call you doctor and discuss this with he/she.

Strong odors in urine can be related to many things:
Yeast and/or Urinary Tract Infections
Eating certain foods: Roasted Garlic, Asparagus, even Pineapple to name a few.
Abnormal menstruation...
Make a appointment w/ your friendly neighborhood OB/GYN

You could have a urine infection. Go to a doctor and have your urine checked. Do you have a doctor? if you don't have a doctor you could go to a Emergency room to be checked out. Do you have any pain, on urination?

Umm...I've never heard of that. Did you eat asparagus recently? That (and certain other vegetables) can really make your urine smell weird. Any other pregnancy symptoms? (sore boobs, peeing frequently, nausea...)

It could be a Urinary Tract infection(UTI) or an STD get checked out!!
