If You have a court date for the above offence & go to another state, can you
be returned or will that state decide what to do? As far as I know the
Charge of Failing To Register is Not Expitable (Won't bring you back from
another state) & that state will deal with it.

Any charge can get you extradited to another state.

You have to check in the state where you live. Some states extradite and others don't .
