I'm asking because my friend and I have had this discussion. She thinks that it's not possible, but I strongly remember my first 'crush' when I was 9 years old. It felt extremely real. Pretty much as strong as I felt later on as an adult, without the sexual aspect of a relationship, of course. I had a crush on him until 8th grade when we finally went to different schools. Now that's longer than some marriages. I know that children are more innocent than adults, but I don't think love has anythng to do with that. Any stories to back me up?

I agree with you. I do believe you can fall in love when you're a kid. Maybe not intensely, but yeah I think kids fall in love. It may not fit all kids but a couple. It may be rare that you see that. And you're right kids are inoccent but they still have a heart and feelings.

I think its defidently posible because I had a crush on a couple people when I was eight. It cant be imposible because you can love anyone at any age. No one can controle love.

i do think that you can fall in love when you are young because it has happened to me. the thing is when you are young it is more pure and honest then. to me it seem more real when you are young because there is no bullsh** involved and you and your boyfriend can just enjoy life.(just my opinion) i hope it helps!

of course it is possible because it is not important the age.What is important is your heart.Heart never asks for age when to fall in love
