Water should come from you shower head/water pipes.
If it "ever" came from your "electric" shower......hmmmmmmmm
I don't know if you should call a plumber or an electrician.
Hell, call both. Can't give any advice as to what you should tell them.
Just act dumb. Are you blonde? That helps.

First check to see if the breakers to the water heater is tripped out.

I would check the heating element/source. I would also check to make sure that there is power to the unit.
