Canada. I used to think of Sri Lanka and Thailand also but the Tamil and the Muslims ruined that.
there has never been nor will there ever be a country with no strife.

Israel...not because it's particularly peacful, but because thats what it needs. Jerusalem means "to see peace" though it has never seen it.
